Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon yeast
  • 1/3 cups brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoons cinnamon

  4. Flour counter and roll out dough into a thin sheet

  7. Roll dough into a tube
  8. Slice dough into smaller rolls

  • 4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 raisins

  1. slowly heat milk in pan stirring occassionally
  2. when milk is hot slowly whisk in flour, keep whisking till thickened like gravy - if too runny carefully add more flour tablespoon at a time
  3. pour into 2 bowls adding slab of butter for eyes, nose and mouth, sprinkle with cinnamon for freckles
  4. add brown sugar for hair and raisins in the center of butter for eyes
  5. eat while hot
